• Referrals to counselors and lawyers.

• Sexual contact while you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs and are unable to give consent.
• Sexual contact without agreeing or giving permission
• Sexual contact under pressure from threats of emotional and/or physical harm.
• Sexual contact continuing after you have said you want to stop
• Sexual contact under the age of 16
